Thank you eviltwin I know suspension setup on C6 (C5 III) is different to old C5 and XM. I am just wonder, how these spec. differ from old setup...
I guess, not that even volume of spheres are smaller, the diameter is smaller as well. When I drive my C5 (type II year 2007) and compare comfort with my old XM, I must say it is much harder sprung than XM. Especially on speed bumps the difference is enormous
If central (hydractive) spere have volume 385cc(on C5) instead 500cc(on XM) there must be difference (in soft setting), more just suspension type setup. I think it is just because German cars have firm suspension, Citroen "germanized" suspension on C5 to get closer to German competitors.
right now I just realized (thanks your note) that I don´t know where is actualy place for rear AMVAR shock absorber ? Central Valve seems to small for it ( and I don´t see two electric wires for each side ), maybe they are positioned at the end of rear rods, like front Amvar setup. Do you have picture of the rear rods ?
thanks for any info
A.
PS: I apologize for my english, I don´t speak French...
