Hello,

 

I have a big problem:

unfortunately I succeed to remove the flexible connector airbag at steering - COM2003 ( with ESP ) and now I don't know how to put it back correct.

I made a try but when I tested flexible connector was unplugged from PCB connector so I fail.

 

Anybody can help me how to put it back correctly the flex ?

Drawing on my picture will help me to understand so please try it.

 

COM2003:

the white part it is rotating also...

J'ai un gros problème:

Malheureusement j'ai réussi à enlever le coussin gonflable connecteur flexible de direction - COM2003 (avec ESP) et maintenant je ne sais pas comment le remettre correctement.

J'ai fait un essai mais quand je l'ai testé connecteur flexible a été débranché du connecteur PCB si j'échoue.

 

N'importe qui peut m'aider comment le remettre correctement le cordon?

S'appuyant sur ma photo va m'aider à comprendre donc s'il vous plaît essayer.

J'ai un gros problème.

J'ai réussi à démonter le connecteur flexible de l'airbag dans le volant COM2003 (avec ESP) et malheureusement je ne sais plus comment le remonter !

J'ai fait un essai mais lors du test, le connecteur flexible était débranché de l'embase du circuit imprimé, donc sans succès.

Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider pour remonter ce connecteur flexible ?

Les gribouillis sur mes photos m'aident à comprendre le système, pourriez-vous utiliser le même artifice ?

La pièce blanche tourne ainsi...

Connecteur flexible sur le connecteur mobile, il y a une sorte de plaquette noire qui appuie sur la pièce blanche.

Ce sont les diverses rotations (Chadburn) en degrés à gauche et à droite ou en tours volant.

I am looking to buy a broken Valeo COM2003 ( with ESP ) but with front plastic panel ok and flex connector intact.

 

It is enough the front plastic panel if the flex and cap was not opened before:

 

Can be found on car with ESP 407, 307, 308... C5-II, C3... Xsara
