Still no licence file in MyCitroen page. My model doesn't have sim card (sos button) but it can connect to internet (wifi or bluetooth tethering). Can i update the firmware and activate it like this?

I have downloaded the latest update. In MyCitroen page it is not available yet. So till now, no licence file. Can I install it without the licence or do I have to wait till I get notified to?
